Hospitality ticket and accommodation voucher distribution information for clients who have purchased through this website with Southern Routes Travel.

When you purchase your hospitality tickets or accommodation online you have the following choices for getting the tickets:

Hospitality Tickets

  • Physical Hospitality Venue tickets pick up / distribution details will be sent to you in the weeks leading up to the race.
  • Secure digital tickets will be sent you. Details to be announced shortly
  • When picking up tickets, please bring a copy of your ID and a copy of your invoice. Tickets will not be handed over unless the purchase owner can be verified.

Accommodation Vouchers

  • When you purchase your accommodation online, a voucher will be sent to you by email within 1 working day of the transaction being verified.
  • Keep the email on your phone for presentation on check-in or print it out for easy reference.
  • The voucher will have the hotel details and an emergency number to call in case you have any problems.
