Hospitality Ticket Collection
Hospitality ticket and accommodation voucher distribution information for clients who have purchased through this website with Southern Routes Travel.
When you purchase your hospitality tickets or accommodation online you have the following choices for getting the tickets:
- Hospitality tickets cannot be emailed as you need the original to gain entry to the venue.
- If you have booked hotel accommodation with us, the tickets will be delivered to the hotel for you to pick up on check-in.
- If you want the tickets delivered to you, you have the option on check-out to include a courier fee and the tickets will be delivered to you anywhere in South Africa.
- If you would prefer to get your own courier service to pick up from our offices, that is fine as well.
- Should you wish to pick up the hospitality tickets from our office, tickets will be available for collection from the 28th May up until the close of business on Wednesday the 3rd July 2019. Address: 38 Aubrey Drive, Glen Ashley, Durban North.
- On Thursday 4th July, Friday 5th July and on race day, Saturday 6th July, tickets will be available for collection at a venue located close to the racecourse. The exact location of our distribution outlet will only be known closer to the time.
- When picking up tickets, please bring a copy of your ID and a copy of your invoice. Tickets will not be handed over unless purchase owner can be verified.
- When you purchase your accommodation online a voucher will be sent to you by email within 1 working day of the transaction being verified.
- Keep the email on your phone for presentation on check-in or print it out for easy reference.
- The voucher will have the hotel details and an emergency number to call in case you have any problems.
